Felicity Moran is an ethics and governance consultant with more than eight years’ experience in research ethics, bioethics, and compliance across leading Australian universities and government institutions.

She brings a rigorous yet human-centred approach to ethical decision-making, drawing on her background as a Senior Research Ethics Officer and Advisor at the University of Melbourne and her earlier work with CSIRO and Monash University.

Felicity helps organisations build cultures of integrity and accountability, ensuring that emerging technologies — including AI — are used responsibly and in alignment with organisational values.
